  21. Not to disrespect the amazing talent of the artist, but I've noticed a disturbing recent trend of people destroying books to create art. What is the symbolism behind this movement?

  22. @anonymous - thanks for your comment, i fully respect your point of view. but i don't agree with your way of saying this as "destroying books". and this is not some kind of movement. because in my personal opinion to destroy things means to make things become useful. while with this one, the artist is rather using books as a medium of her artworks, in which - true - the books become unreadable, however they serve a different purpose now, to show a beauty as a form of an artwork piece. i could almost say this as recycling rather than destroying. and not just books, many different artists use different kinds of media as forms of art.
